Welcome to Grow Language. By using our website and enrolling in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Service

Grow Language is a specialized language training institute. We provide proficiency training in English and German for school students and vocational learners. All career-related content, including vocational mapping, is provided as educational guidance only.

2. Educational Nature of Mentorship

• Not a Recruitment Agency: Grow Language is an educational entity. We are NOT a Recruiting Agent (RA) under the Emigration Act, 1983.

• Training Focus: Our curriculum is designed to prepare students for global standards. We do not provide job placements, employment contracts, or guaranteed visa services.

• Outcome: Success in foreign vocational systems depends on the student’s language proficiency (B1/B2 levels) and individual merit.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos, posters, curriculum structures, and unique trade-mapping frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Grow Language. Any unauthorized reproduction is a legal offense.

4. User Conduct

Students must maintain a professional decorum during interactive sessions. Any disruption, harassment, or unauthorized recording of classes will lead to immediate termination of the user account without a refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

Fees are charged for the language training and curriculum access provided. Fees are non-refundable once the course sessions have commenced, except under specific conditions reviewed by our management.

6. Jurisdiction - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of any dispute, Arbitration shall be the preferred method of resolution under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. Subject to such arbitration, the courts in Hapur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters arising from these terms.
